  • Great Pay: Starting Pay during 5 days of Training: $15 per hour.
  • $18-$22 per hr thereafter training.
  • Steady Hours: This position begins part time and transition to full time in the first 60-90 days.
  • Work-life balance: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. No late nights or weekend work! - After hours availability is a Plus But NOT Required!

⭐ What You'll Do

  • Delivery exceptional cleaning services to clients in Rutherford County and surrounding areas.
  • Provide the Southern Clean Pros Guarantee by ensuring spotless homes and business and happy clients.
  • Work Independently or as part of a team with a focus on quality, consistency, and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet specific needs

  • Ability to work independently or with a team and efficiently manage time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be Physically Capable of standing, kneeling, twisting, and bending
  • Be comfortable working around pets.

⭐ Must Have

  • Valid Drivers license
  • Your Own Reliable transportation to client locations.
  • Ability to pass a federal, state, and local background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Be Authorized to Work in the USA
